The School buses ply on pre-determined routes. The management accepts no responsibility for delays, irregularity in timings, break-downs or accidents in the bus while in transit to and from the school. It is the responsibility of every Parent/Guardian to personally bring their ward/s to the bus stop as well as personally take custody of their ward/s from the respective bus stop after school hours every day. If Parents/Guardians make use of their representatives for this purpose he/she should be provided with adequate identification to act on behalf of the respective Parent/Guardian. Parents/Guardians must ensure that their wards are escorted to and from the Bus Stop punctually every day.

PARENTS VISITS

• Parents are welcomed and are encouraged to come and meet the Principal to discuss matters related to their wards. Visiting time: 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 Noon
• Apart from the days of distribution of progress report, a few .Saturdays will be set apart for meeting teachers. Prior information will be given regarding this.
• In case of genuine need, parents may visit the teachers on working days with the permission of the Principal/Vice Principal.
• It is mandatory for the parents to meet the Principal/ V. Principal/ Teachers whenever they are called to the school to discuss about their ward.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE

A student who is absent without prior information for more than ten days immediately after vacations or for fifteen days consecutively during the year will have his name removed from the roll. A student who wants to take leave must bring a written application from his parents and get it approved by the Principal or Vice-Principal in advance.

If a Student is late or has been absent for an unforeseen reason, the guardian is requested to fill in the reason for this in his/her diary and report to the Principal /Vice-Principal. Unless this is done, the student will not be allowed to enter the class. Absence because of illness has to be reported to the school within a week.

IN THE CLASS ROOM:

• Silence is to be observed at all times during the class period.
• While class is going on and something is not understood the student wishing to put a question should raise his/her right hand and wait till the teacher gives the sign to speak.
• The students have to sit in their assigned places in the class.
• During games and Breaks nobody is allowed inside the classrooms.
